What we do
We install: central air conditioners, ductless mini-split AC, heat pumps (cold-climate ducted, ductless, Navien NAZ), Navien dual-fuel systems, gas furnaces (high-efficiency and Navien NPF Hydro-furnace).
We repair and maintain: boilers (high-efficiency, combi, condensing), furnaces (gas), hot water tanks (gas and electric), tankless water heaters (Navien specialist), gas fireplaces, patio heaters, baseboard and in-floor radiant systems, unit heaters.
We do not: repair or service air conditioners or heat pumps; do propane, oil, or fuel conversions; do new construction; do drain cleaning (subbed to a trusted partner); install fireplaces.

Yes. We hold TSBC License #92486 with the BC Safety Authority and are a licensed gas contractor. Our technicians are fully certified “B” gas fitters, and we carry comprehensive liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. All installations are properly permitted and inspected.

BC homeowners may qualify for FortisBC rebates up to $5,000 for dual-fuel heating systems, CleanBC heat pump rebates up to $6,000, and federal Greener Homes Grants up to $5,000 for eligible upgrades. These rebates can often be stacked — a homeowner installing a qualifying heat pump and furnace system may receive over $10,000 in total rebate savings. As a general guideline, consider replacing your furnace if it is over 15 to 20 years old, requires frequent repairs, heats your home unevenly, or your energy bills have been rising steadily. Boilers tend to last longer — 20 to 30 years — but the same principles apply. If the cost of repair exceeds 30 to 50 percent of replacement cost, a new high-efficiency system is usually the smarter investment. Our technicians provide honest assessments and will never pressure you into a replacement you do not need.
