We are upgrading our door BBQ Grill sets and contacted this company. The appointment went smoothly and well communicated in advance. The technician Keegan showed up on time. Refitting new gas lines and installed my BBQ Grill sets perfectly! He also fixed another leaking gas pipe which was shut off due to leak previously. We are very satisfied with the outcome. We had a new HVAC and hot water on demand installed last week. The installers were on time and did a very neat and tidy professional job. They and the receptionist in the office were always able to answer any questions we had. I had a Continental furnace, heat pump, thermostat and Navien on demand hot water heater and 240vac wiring and new breaker for the heat pump installed.  This was a big job took 3 days!  They sent 4 installers.  Two senior and two apprentices.  They did an amazing job the install looks great.  It is hard to convert a 1976 house with an old 1997 mid efficiency furnace and old hot water tank to the new high efficiency with all the new pipes and condensate lines but they figured it out and all looks great. Hoping to keep this review as short as possible. Firstly, just want to say kudos to the JSPH team. Brief history, our house was fitted with a combi boiler in late 2015 and 7 years later it was replaced with a new one (a different brand). The space heating was ok for 1.5 years then intermittently starts having space heating problems. We have no luck contacting the last installer so we searched online and reached out to JSPH (the reviews really helped 😉). Back and forth text and email worked out really well for me until the schedule was set.

The guys needed to come back several times as the problem didn’t manifest the first time (don’t you just hate that … but what can you do). Also admire the humility of their tech who advised me that he needs to send for another guy to fix the problem he encountered. In the end the boiler system was rewired as some equipment/connections were deemed to be “redundant”. These guys are the “pros of the pros” as they can explain things.

Mind you this is just a residential issue but for them it’s a big job. They treat you with respect and the service charge is reasonable. Several weeks later and we are really happy with the heating. My experience with these combi boilers isn’t quite good but now I’m a bit confident since JSPH has my back. Really so thankful.
